• Driver's License: Travel required for client engagement.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Oversee pricing strategies, supply agreements, and contract negotiations.

• Monitor sales performance, budgets, forecasts, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

• Ensure product innovation and development in line with market demands.

• Assist with maintaining stock levels, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
