The Group Chief Commercial Officer is looking for a strong sales leader to join the group to drive sales strategy development and implementation for the

Richfield

Polokwane campus.

Development and implementation of the B2C sales strategy for both contact and distance learning for the campus spanning the key catchment areas that include but are not limited to Polokwane. Building and managing a high performing team and culture. Will be responsible for setting regional team targets as well as to manage performance and activities against these targets. Working with the group marketing manager to develop and manage direct marketing activities to support lead generation in the region. Working with the group schools marketing coordinator to drive schools marketing activities to support lead generation in the region. Monitor, analyze and plan improvements to team performance to ensure key business and sales KPI's are reached.

Experience



Extensive senior B2C sales management experience in the Polokwane. Experience within the education sector is preferable. Experience in the management of sales sites (stores) is preferable. Proven track record of success in growing top line revenue
