Job Summary Roles and responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales consultants to reach and exceed sales targets. Foster a team of engaged sales consultants who value collaboration, continuous learning, and exceptional performance. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Campaign management: develop and implement effective sales strategies to optimize lead conversion and maximize revenue generation. Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and legislation. Maintain quality assurance by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits of sales interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering effective communication and alignment. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency within the sales team. Drive the implementation of enhancements to streamline workflows and enhance client experiences. Ensure team members are well-equipped to engage with leads effectively and provide valuable insurance solutions. Monitor team performance, track KPI's, and provide regular updates to the Head of Sales on progress and results. Required qualifications: RE 5 & NQF 5 Wealth Management. Must have previous experience in Dialler and campaign management. Required experience: Relevant work experience in direct sales and managerial experience in the insurance industry. Knowledge of insurance products and services.
