Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Sales department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Sales Manager role, which is based in CCBSA Queenstown. The successful candidate will report directly to the District Manager in Queenstown. The key purpose of the role is to manage a territory to provide a market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels which delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identified and implemented new business opportunities xe2x80xa2 Developed, implemented and achieved territory business plan xe2x80xa2 Formulated, monitored and controlled channel budgets xe2x80xa2 Optimised customer service xe2x80xa2 Managed terms and credit limits xe2x80xa2 Managed assets and selling equipment xe2x80xa2 Managed territory events xe2x80xa2 Managed Human Resources xe2x80xa2 Managed channels, outlet execution and merchandising
Skills, Experience & EducationAttributes & Competencies: xe2x80xa2 Well developed leadership ability xe2x80xa2 Excellent verbal ability and communication skills xe2x80xa2 Ability to lead & coach a large team xe2x80xa2 Responsible, conscientious and dependable xe2x80xa2 Willing to take calculated risks xe2x80xa2 Assertive and persuasive - ability to influence Qualifications & Experience: xe2x80xa2 Completed 3 year marketing/sales degree/diploma and xe2x80xa2 Minimum of 5 years managerial experience xe2x80xa2 A minimum of 3 years Sales experience in an FMCG environment xe2x80xa2 Valid code 08 drivers license, unendorsed
