Job Description

The Sales Consultant - Reaction is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationship within the reaction and armed response services sector.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

Identify, engage and secure new business opportunities within the Reaction security sector.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Sales Administration and Reporting

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales piple, tracking all interactions and opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies and ethical standards

Required Skills

Excel Word Power Point Drivers Licence Product knowledge an advantage (DCS,IDS,Paradox alarm systems, and armed response services)

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2 to 3 proven security sales experiences particularly within Reaction/armed response services Successful Sales management track record Strong management experience in driving sales consultants Armed response knowledge essential Alarm and CCTV Technical knowledge (Advantageous) Matric Tertiary qualification in sales and or marketing OR in relevant industry PSIRA Registration (Advantageous)
