Oversee regional and local sales staff.
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales products and services.
Manage all administrative requirements relating to sales
Assist with resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Management of product introduction, new product development, customer satisfaction and centricity, negotiation of supply agreements
Management of existing contracts and supply agreements
Manage and grow export opportunities with the sales team
Manage sales targets and impact of rates of Exchange on profitability
Manage development of new products and supply chain into new markets
Determine price schedules and discount rates.
Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
Responsible for managing working capital
Effectively set targets and manages/trains staff.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Prepare annual sales budget, monthly forecasts and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications & Experience
Matric / Grade 12.
BCOM in Sales and Marketing
N Dip in Food Sciences would be an advantage
Minimum of 5 years' hands on commercial experience in a sales environment
Good Financial Management understanding
Report writing skills
Computer literate and must have advanced MS Office training.
