Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Well-established company based in the West Rand seeks a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team!Requirements:

Marketing

Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Design and maintain marketing brochures, flyers, signboards, and videos for developments
Assist architects with final checks on marketing drawings and create logos/3D renderings
Create and manage lead generation campaigns on social media platforms
Distribute marketing materials and collaborate with sales agents
Maintain commercial, industrial, and retail signboards
Generate and maintain QR codes

Sales & Conveyancing Assistance

Assist with creating and maintaining sales agreements and various annexures (e.g., specifications, price lists, repayment schedules)
Manage sample boards (e.g., cupboard colors, handles, tiles) and ensure execution on-site
Ensure invoicing for upgrades is completed and paid before occupation
Distribute handover documents to new homeowners and follow up on contractor snags
Coordinate with banks and clients for building draw payments in building package agreements

Various Responsibilities

Create presentations for banks and assist with architectural guidelines and annexures
Maintain company websites and monthly vacancy schedules for commercial, industrial, and retail properties
Design corporate branding materials (e.g., desk pads, diaries)
Organize social events and corporate functions (e.g., launches, car draws)
Manage long service award certificates
