Tokara Wine & Olive Estate is in search of a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with proven experience to join their team based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills across all levels and demonstrate strong people management abilities, as this role involves regular interaction and collaboration.The role will report to EXCO, & be responsible for managing the full Sales & Marketing function for the various sales channels, both locally and internationally.Responsibilities will include: *Creating & implementing sales & marketing strategies *Market & sales analysis *Setting up & management of annual sales/volume, & operational departmental budgets *Managing internal and external sales & marketing teams *Key Account Management for all products *Managing BOB products *New product development, sign-off, policies, & procedures *Handling of international tenders *Stock planning & management in collaboration with the Winemaking team *PR & Advertising Management *Brand Management & liaising with external parties (agencies/printers/designers/suppliers) *Coordinating & attending national & international wine events *Conducting wine tastings with clients/visitors *Recordkeeping & reporting *All other duties related to the role.Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
Tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing or similar field;
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role in the wine industry;
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office);
Valid drivers license & own reliable transport;
