Title Sales Operations and Analytics ManagerJob Purpose:The Sales Operations and Analytics Specialist at Altron Document Solutions is responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing data-driven decision-making, and providing comprehensive analytics to support the sales team in driving revenue growth. This role involves streamlining operations, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring that sales strategies are aligned with the business objectives of Altron Document Solutions. The specialist will also play a key role in bid and tender management, supporting the team with timely submissions and accurate pricing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Sales Process Optimization:Develop and implement efficient sales processes that enhance productivity and reduce time in the sales cycle.Evaluate and automate workflows using tools and software relevant to Altron Document Solutions' sales and customer relationship management systems.Work closely with the sales leadership to align operations with the companys strategic goals.Data Analytics and automation sectors.Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and advanced Excel capabilities.Technical Skills:Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data reporting and manipulation (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation technologies.Understanding of the tender and bid management process.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:Strong analytical abilities, with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimize sales
