You will be working closely with regional Commercial Teams, reporting into the Global Sales Operations Manager. Operations is in very high demand at Dotdigital, theyre hungry for it and you will become a crucial member of the team. We will be leaning on your expertise toBuild key relationships with members of the commercial team to help identify areas for process improvementTrain and support key processes & best practices across our Sales Tools (CRM, 3rd party tools)Enforce best practice use of the above systems by working with the boots on the ground and provide any ad-hoc support requiredReport on utilisation and drive adoption of Sales ToolsKeep up to date with new feature releases of our Sales Tools to help maximise our ROIWork with Commercial Team Managers for ad-hoc data insight requestsCreate presentations for senior managementTrack effectiveness of initiatives and promptly escalate any issuesDeliver regular KPI reports (think weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)Assist with documentationThis is a hybrid role, with attendance in the office required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.Upon completing the onboarding process, our team members will be expected to begin working on a rotational shift pattern designed to provide comprehensive support across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. This strategic schedule will ensure that each region consistently receives timely and dedicated assistance from our team..The shift rotations will take place in one-month blocks, with each individual team member transitioning from one region to another after completing their 1-month shift.The specific hours for each shift rotation are as follows:APAC Shift:1 AM - 9 AMUS Shift:3 PM - 11 PMplease note, the hours might change slightly to due clocks changingAbout YouYou will be part of the BizOps function, a newly formed team who are taking Dotdigital by storm.
