  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for service contracts and maintenance agreements.
  • Provide service market analysis on service offerings and market maturity levels.
  • Provide support to the sales team at point of sale with customer service portfolio.
  • Proofread Technical Offers & ensure documentation is complete.
  • Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc customer service sales reports, including pipeline reports, customer service sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor on-going & upcoming tenders.
  • Assist in sales processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness (e.g; VCP, NPS etc)
  • Support in analysing and flagging key IB milestones (e.g; EoS, Service Contract etc)
Key account management/supportxc2xb7 Prepare situation and portfolio analysis for key accounts with regards service portfolio and Install basexc2xb7 Analyse financial situation of key account.xc2xb7 Develop individual service offerings/master agreements together with customer and in coordination with product sales rep and regional management.xc2xb7 Provide constant support.Service sales after warranty.xc2xb7 Prepare and trace service offers in cooperation with regional management.xc2xb7 Prepare win/loss analysis of completed service offers.xc2xb7 Train and educate CS sales force on service strategy and products.xc2xb7 Collect and trace CS Sales opportunities.Service sales support at point of sales (POS)xc2xb7 Support product sales reps at POS, especially when individual solutions are required.xc2xb7 Support, consolidate and convert all required information for a maintenance price book for the local market.xc2xb7 Prepare contract proposal and quotation for maintenance contracts.Market researchxc2xb7 Observe competition and installed base of competition in region.xc2xb7 Observe changes in customer environment.xc2xb7 Observe changes and trends in regional market and advise Service Manager on changes in Strategic objectives.xc2xb7 Service sales support at point of sales (POS)
