As our

Sales Operations & Support Specialist

, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring

smooth deal execution, maintaining accurate sales data, and supporting our sales team

with essential administrative and operational tasks.

You Will:

Own the sales contract process

, customizing and tracking contracts to ensure timely execution.

Manage payment follow-ups

, track outstanding invoices, and coordinate collections with finance.

Ensure CRM data accuracy

, tracking pipeline progress, deal status, contract details, and customer records.

Monitor and report on key sales KPIs

, including revenue, close rates, deal velocity, and pipeline health.

Generate and maintain sales performance reports

, including commission tracking for sales representatives.

Conduct research on prospective clients

, gathering insights on decision-makers, competitors, and industry trends.

Prepare pre-meeting briefs

for the sales team with relevant intelligence.

Coordinate sales activities

, including scheduling demos, contract reviews, and follow-ups.

Maintain and improve sales enablement materials

, including pitch decks, proposal templates, and training resources.

Support renewals and upsell opportunities

by proactively tracking contract expirations and identifying growth potential.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements

to drive sales efficiency.

You Have:

5+ years of experience

in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.

Proficiency in CRM platforms

, with experience in

Monday.com CRM and/or Salesforce CRM

.

Strong analytical skills

, with the ability to generate, interpret, and present sales performance reports.

Experience with B2B sales processes

, including contract administration and pipeline management.

Excellent organizational skills

, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills

, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and leadership.

Ability to work independently

, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Access to a personal computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet, professional workspace.

Our company is headquartered in California, but this is an independent contractor position, open to candidates globally. There's no requirement to reside in the U.S., but you must be available during U.S. business hours.
