We are looking for one person based in the City Centre/Atlantic Seaboard/Southern Suburbs region, where our Observatory and Green Point offices are most easily accessible.

As a Client Manager, you will be key to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both landlords and tenants. You will be responsible for cultivating strong, lasting connections with new and existing clients, turning inquiries into long-term partnerships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our rental property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound and make outbound communications with potential landlords and tenants, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
Establish trust and rapport with clients from the first point of contact.
Work closely with the sales and asset management teams to meet clients' needs and convert opportunities into signed agreements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress throughout the process.
Support clients in navigating the rental process, offering advice and ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of clients.
Confident on the phone and via email, with a friendly and professional approach.
Results-driven with a proactive mindset and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate would be beneficial.
Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple client interactions at once.
