Job Description
Property Sales Practitioner in the Western Cape Winelands' luxury real estate manrket.Duties:
- Procurement of mandates;
- Effective and professional marketing of properties;
- Preparation of mandates, offers to purchase and related documents;
- Assisting clients in the sale and after-sale process;
- Training is provided.
- Current registration with the PPRA or previous real estate experience required
- Computer literacy;
- Own laptop, cellphone and motor vehicle, as well as valid motor vehicle license.
- Be able to speak, read and write Afrikaans and English;
- Currently residing in the Cape Winelands or moving to the area, soon;
- Training is provided.
