Job Summary Sales Recruiter Randburg We are looking for a dynamic, sales go getter to join our HR team as a Sales Recruiter. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment function within the outbound sales environment. Your strong sales skills and ability to identify sales skills in others will be to your benefit. Key responsibilities: Building up a database of suitable candidates on the Talent Link system Creating talent pool of readily available resources for short term projects Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates Posting and advertising positions Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before presenting to hiring manager Conduct all required security clearance checks Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question Ensuring that all relevant documentation is obtained from candidates prior to commencement of employment Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements: 1 year outbound sales experience at Ison At least 2 years outbound sales experience at other call centres Must have a good track record in meeting sales targets Computer literate Excellent communication both verbal and writtenIson XperiencesCompany
