Job Description
RPO Recruitment's Client is looking for a qualified Sales/ Regional Manager to join their team in Bryanston, Johannesburg.Responsibilities:
- Managing staff: Overseeing staff, including administrative and reception staff, and ensuring they are properly developed and trained
- Managing budgets and performance: Developing and managing budgets, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Building relationships: Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, payers, and policy makers
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with company reporting and compliance requirements, and escalating any material breaches to appropriate management
- Conducting market intelligence: Conducting market
- intelligence and assisting in tender preparation
- Must have experience working for a pharmaceutical or medical device company
- A university degree/postgraduate in the Life Sciences/Healthcare field is desirable but not essential
