Job SummaryHire Resolve is seeking a skilled Sales Representative specializing in Electronics to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales and cultivating relationships. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients and understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to facilitate business growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the contract electronic manufacturing market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical engineer on-site for support and to ensure seamless communication between clients and our technical team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Marketing, Sales or Electronics or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the Electronics or Manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
