- Ensure optimal product visibility at all times Shelf Health xe2x80x90
- Ensure that all SKUs are visible in store at all times with the correct price tags xe2x80x90
- Influence store orders to ensure enough back up stock is available in store xe2x80x90
- Translates local consumer insights into selling opportunities
- Seeks opportunities to increase the rate of sale in store
- Adapts plan throughout the year depending on sales performance, observed trends, competitors campaigns and successes to be replicated fast
- Sales Strategy Insights and Solutions xe2x80x90
- Evaluate and share findings on market trends (customers, prices, products and competition) in order to identify market-specific needs in terms of product, promotions and creative concepts
- Manage competitor analysis on a regular and consistent basis (acquisitions, pricing changes, new products and features)
- Financial xe2x80x90 Help prepare, manage and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual budget for MA spend
- Customer Store Owners and Managers xe2x80x90
- Seeks to understand the core consumers motivations.
- Develop and maintain relationship to promote execution excellence.
