The sales representative plays a crucial role in promoting the company's products and services, as well as representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Additionally, the sales rep will be able to analyse market trends, and develop strategies to achieve company goals. The ultimate goal of the sales rep is referral generation, customer retention and market expansion. Tasks and responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Promote the company's products and services to potential and existing clients. Build and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry. Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner at industry events and trade shows. Analyse market trends and competition to inform sales strategies and tactics. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product management, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations and technologies.
Fluency in English and Afrikaans. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Drivers license code B (manual). Own reliable transport preferred / essential. Ability to work well under pressure and with diverse elements of work. Strong attention to detail. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders. Business Development: Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive sales growth.
