Position Summary
Acquire new customers in the strategic segment and evolve the business with existing customers in the assigned geographical territory to deliver agreed objectives & targets.
A day in the life of an Office Sales Representative

Identify and contact prospects using diverse methods and tools (cold calling/visit, social media, events.
Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Office guidelines
Use of CRM system to manage leads
Liaise with B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of lead management activities

Increase business with existing customers and maximize penetration rate in a customer.
Use of CRM system to grow and maintain existing customers
Provide market intelligence to the sales team
Liaise with B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of customer lifecycle management.
Collect accurate inputs to ensure compliance of the sales process.
Compliance with Nestle and Nespresso business principles and policies including Nestle Nespresso trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety, and legal regulations.
What will make you successful
Completed Matric Qualification.
Good command in English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Passionate, persevere and self-motivated to achieve the challenging sales target.
