Job Description
Our client in the Packaging Industry is seeking a detail oriented Customer Service Representative with strong multi-tasking capabilities, critical thinking skills and a high sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will ooze energy and be a go-getter who wants to excel in the exciting career of sales!Responsibilities:
- Actively engaging in new business development opportunities by cold calling, prospecting and generating new leads.
- Interacting with customers by phone, email and/or in person to receive orders cancellations, and changes for product or to clarify needs/requirements.
- Interfacing with other internal departments to facilitate order flow process.
- Junior marketing and sales graduates (preferred)
- High energy go getter
- Willing to learn the business
- Able to work to deadlines
