The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably within the short-term rental, property management, or real estate industry. This role involves cold calling, lead follow-ups, and signing up new property owners to our management services.Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call potential clients to introduce our services.
• Follow up on warm leads to convert prospects into signed clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents.
• Present and explain the benefits of our short-term rental management services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions in Cape Town.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and nurture leads.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in the short-term rental, property management, or real estate sector.
• Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Cape Towns real estate market, especially in De Waterkant area, is an advantage.
