Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and project managers, driving sales and contributing to exciting projects in the civil sector.Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with industry professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in concrete, building, and road construction.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Provide expert technical sales support and product knowledge.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with clients.
- Proven experience in sales within the civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete, building materials, and road construction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales growth.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
