Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Identify Prospects: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Generate Leads: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media to generate leads.
- Meet Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Market Feedback: Gather and communicate market feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
