BSH Home Appliances (Pty) Ltd has a vacancy for a Sales Representative (Eastern Cape)

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role representing one of the leading names in home appliances globally? BSH Home Appliances (Pty) Ltd is seeking a dedicated, energetic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for the Eastern Cape region.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric qualification. IMM certificate/Degree/Diploma in Sales. At least 5 years of sales experience in MDA & SDA sales. General business skills, computer proficiency. Premium/Luxury sales experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Industry and product knowledge (preferably). Professional appearance, team player. Willingness for frequent travel and overnight stays. Driver's license required/ essential. Central residence within the territory of Eastern Cape (preferably). Enjoys being in the kitchen/cooking.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy/Business Development:

Manage sales strategy and distribution concepts. Develop tailor-made plans for key customers. Analyze and maximize customers' potential and needs.

Customer Relationship:

Establish, maintain, and develop professional customer relationships. Participate in customer activities and events. Consult customers on market activities, campaigns, and marketing aspects.

Selling:

Develop and execute activities to achieve sales targets. Negotiate customer agreements and contracts. Drive acquisition of new customers aligned with BSH sales strategy.

Sales Steering & Administration:

Manage visit planning and customer visits effectively. Monitor KPIs and implement activities to reach targets. Handle order management, supply chain, and credit/payment management.

Marketing:

Implement relevant elements of the marketing mix. Manage Point of Sales (POS) and conduct PDC-studies if required. Provide training to customers and gather market intelligence.

Knowledge Management:

Ensure continuous self-improvement in sales excellence, product knowledge, and negotiation techniques. Share relevant information promptly with colleagues, management and propose ideas to enhance BSH's position.
