The Donald Brown Group is a dynamic organisation in the salt industry and requires a
Sales Representative
to join our team in Johannesburg.
The company is looking for a young dynamic person who will be responsible for selling to our customers and to assist in managing, motivating and directing Sales Agents.
Duties and Responsibilities
Visit retail outlets as well as independents to make sure that our stock is packed, counts are correct, and PI labels are on the shelf.
To rectify any concerns in the stores, be hands-on and willing to pack shelves when needed.
Achieve set Sales Targets.
Assist with the automated ordering systems.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring visibility of products, achievement of sales targets against budget.
Develop new business opportunities within the Retail and independent channels.
Country trips will be required from time to time so must be willing to spend time away from home.
Ensure all related sale admin task are up to date.
Knowledge and Skills
Grade 12 with institutional tertiary diploma of degree.
A valid driver's license.
Computer literacy: MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Previous experience will be beneficial.
