Introduction:To act as the brand ambassador for Macneil Jhb. Maintain and develop relationships as well as ensure all sales targets are met.Description:Achieve sales targets as defined by Sales ManagerEnsure thorough knowledge of all productsMaintain regular customer call cycleDevelop and maintain excellent customer relationshipsGather thorough knowledge of the competitor's environmentEnsure products are optimally displayed in stores and in-store branding is optimizedDevelop a good understanding of customer needsGrow existing product range within customersIdentify opportunities within existing customersFollow up on any customer requestsMonitor the market for sales opportunitiesConsult price trading with Line ManagerSupply new customersMonitor sales and profit for each account.Provide training to store staffAssist customers pro-activelyProvide open lines of communicationProvide feedback and resolve outstanding ordersImplement quick responses to customersResolve customer complaints effectivelyDevelop a good understanding of customer needsProvide support to customers to increase salesAssist the customer with - Returns - Account queries - General queriesMaintain accurate records of pricing structuresEnsure customer pricing is correctCommunicate pricing to Internal Sales to limit creditsProvide feedback to the Sales Manager on competitor activity or any other information requestedEscalate customer dissatisfaction on pricing, delivery complaints, quality, and timeframesCreate a product budget per customerRequirements:Senior Certificate (Matric Grade 12)Relevant tertiary qualification1-3 years working experienceMS Office, K8, Sales system Knowledge (what must I know):Plumbing brands such as MacneilCustomer account managementProven sales history Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display)Ability to work under pressureAble to make decisionsGood presentation skillsReliable and honestGood Communication skills
