Execute the sales plan
Provide input to the Sales plan when required.
Always adhere to the sales budget.
Understand the sales potential per customer.
Obtain the logistical requirements from Direct Manager to service the customer base as agreed.
Operate within the Service Level Agreement .
Prepare and provide monthly feedback to the Direct Manager based on the execution of the operational plan.
Be proactive with customers when it comes to servicing customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers and manage the key accounts
Gather competitive info on pricing, brands etc.
Deal with different customers on different levels when required.
Plan and managed instore promotions and demos
Build continuous relationships and liaise with internal Managers and other colleagues to collaborate.
Manage and handle client queries and resolving complaints immediately.
Share expertise and market intelligence with customers ongoing.
Responsible For New Business Development
Cold calling of new potential clients as agreed.
Identify new markets and new customers to expand the product range in collaboration with the Finance Department.
Gather competitive info on pricing, brands etc.
Review credit terms and credit limits for clients on an ongoing basis.
Reactivate dormant accounts.
Network with clients ongoing.
Responsible to sell the Company product range
Make monthly sales targets as agreed.
Achieve the required gross profit margins within reason and collaboration with your Direct Manager.
Manage Debtors days within the allocated period.
Target weekly sales by customer.
Invest in personal development
Ensure achievement of own performance objectives.
Attend scheduled training as agreed.
Ensure completion of any assessments to evaluate understanding.
Fill in attendance registers when required.

Essential Qualifications
Matric
Experience
3-5 years sales or key account experience in a branded Frozen food environment.
5-8 years sales or key account experience in a further processed frozen food sales environment. 2-year FMCG experience
Legal or Statutory Requirements
Clear criminal record
Valid Code B driver's licence
Passed medical exams
Own transport
