Job Summary Develop a deep understanding of Deltas Health and Safety products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
Employ various sales techniques to encourage purchasing decisions, including upselling or cross-selling when applicable.
Research accounts to identify new leads and route them to the appropriate personnel to follow up on.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Delta Health and Safety product/equipment range.
Tailor sales presentations and proposals to address customer needs, emphasizing how
Deltas offerings meet those needs.
Answer customer inquiries and demonstrate examples to customers to generate interest timeously.
Perform data entry and database management functions and update CRM with all communication.
Ensure relevant delivery/collection schedule is forwarded to logistics for implementation.
Ensure delivery requirements are communicated clearly with the logistics department!.
