• Sales experience in the service industry
• Code 8 licence and own transport is a must

Duties

• Ensure that quotes are done within appropriate time frame
• Ensure that customer service continuously improves
• Improve quotes completed VS quotes won ratio
• Maintain portfolio and minimise lost clients
• Bring on new clients and expand portfolio
• To reach and exceed Gross Margin revenue targets every month
• Visit existing clients as required / Have monthly meetings with clients
• To ensure that the most possible waste gets diverted from landfill
• Identify problem waste streams for clients
• Review client services quarterly
• Work closely with management on new solutions
• To be responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and those around them.
• To communicate effectively by reporting all incidents, accidents and or any other information related to safety, health or environment.
• To be responsible for the image of the company being kept to international standards
• Ensure that all legislative requirements are met
• To be a proud representative of the company and seek out and report any opportunities to management.
• To act in a professional manner at all times.
• To increase Gross Revenue while achieving correct or improved margins
• To retain existing business through excellent customer service and service offerings
• To have knowledge and adhere to the companies intentions as stated in the Environmental Policy / Health and Safety Policy/ Quality Policy
• To report all customer complaints and compliments to the appropriate person
• To report any possible health and safety risks that could affect other staff members
• To report any incidents or near misses to the compliance department
• To fully understand and implement the emergency plan and to respond accordingly when required
• To ensure that all hazardous and high risk tasks are identified and mitigating actions are implemented to reduce such risk.
• To divert maximum amount of waste away from landfill
