Job Summary Introduction We are recruiting for a leading global business and seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their team. This position is responsible for the execution of sales initiatives and the achievement of distribution and volume targets within the North-West region, in core and / or main market (including urban and/or township areas). Duties & Responsibilities Partnerships: Cultivate meaningful in-trade relationships within assigned outlets, focusing on achieving a mutually beneficial outcome for the business, customers, and consumers. Pricing: Establish and maintain competitive pricing by negotiating at the outlet level to ensure price parity with key competitors in the area. Implementation: Lead the execution of national and regional programs or agreements within outlets, ensuring alignment with business goals and program mechanics. Availability: Safeguard stock levels by meeting volume targets and proactively managing retailer and wholesaler inventory to prevent out-of-stock situations. Listing/Distribution: Achieve distribution objectives by securing the listing of critical SKUs in designated outlets through effective negotiation. Feedback: Gather, analyse, and report trade and industry insights to support informed business decision-making. Visibility: Enhance the presence of core SKUs by applying merchandising principles in each outlet to maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement. Additional Responsibilities: Carry out any other tasks as required by the business. Desired Experience & Qualification Diploma / other relevant education in Sales Minimum 2 years of FMCG experience Fluency in English Proficiency in MS Office Other Requirements Should reside in the North-west area. Should be able to travel long distances. Should be able to spend time away from home when required by business.
