xefx82xa7 Ensure that all products, solutions, projects or calls are delivered within scope, time, cost and quality to meet customer needs and requirements
xefx82xa7 Actively contribute towards achieving budget and growth targets (order entry, turnover, gross margin & PBIT)
xefx82xa7 Identify new customer opportunities and value propositions that can increase revenue in a profitable manner
xefx82xa7 Identify (and ensure implementation) where any potential cost savings can be achieved
xefx82xa7 Operate within approved budget constraints.Operational Performance:
xefx82xa7 Participate and provide input to monthly business forecasting and review processes
xefx82xa7 Upholding strict and effective SHEQ (including ISO 9001) measures within the business ensuring that staff meet the requirements of relevant legislation and the Group Policies in this regard at all times

xefx82xa7 Share expert knowledge and provide training and mentoring to improve the technical skills levels of all sales, service delivery and other support staff;

xefx82xa7 Complete annual staff satisfaction surveys
xefx82xa7 Complete annual staff performance appraisals and assessments
