Job Title:Call Center Agent

CellC experience to join our dynamic call center team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of professionalism and commitment to achieving targets. Ideal candidates will be dedicated team players who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls to promote and sell CellC products and services.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services to drive sales.

Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.

Follow all company protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure quality service.

Requirements:

Must have previous experience with CellCin a call center or sales environment.

Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

A committed team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
