Position Overview
The main purpose of the job is to ensure effective building of customer support and confidence and the effective management of vehicle sales. Efficiently canvassing for new sales and ensuring effective administration of vehicle sales. Moreover, the consistent achievement of sales targets is the primary and core output of this role.

Specific Role Responsibilities
The Key performance areas:
1. Sales Performance:
o Plan to meet sales targets and budgets
Identify new business opportunities, prospect potential business both corporate and private within the geographical area or as allocated by Manager
Maintain and develop existing customer database
Accomplish daily expected call rates
Demonstrate vehicle of customer's choice
Verify financial arrangements by introducing the customer to the F&I consultant
Ensure correct handover of vehicle after the vehicle is prepared
2. Customer Service:
Attend to walk in customers and telephonic enquiries promptly and efficiently
Ensure proper follow up of all potential buyers by, implementing and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system according to agreed procedures
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain the company's corporate image and reputation and protect and develop the company's brand
3. Administration:
Complete all relevant documentation accurately according to company procedure
Handle trade papers and vehicle to pre-owned department according to procedures
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Collect monies due to the company upon delivery of vehicles
4. Product and Business Knowledge:
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills
Keep abreast of all motor industry trends by reading and self-study
Attend all sales meetings and product/business updates

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum NQF Level 4 (Grade 12 or equivalent)
Valid driver's license. (Code 14)
3-years minimum sales experience in the Motor Industry, Commercial Vehicles would be an added advantage.
Must have FUSO vehicle sales experience
Volume sales experience (FUSO)
Kerridge and Autoline experience a MUST
