Position Overview:


As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities across our events and digital platforms. Leveraging your strong communication skills and persuasive abilities, you will establish and maintain relationships with clients while effectively articulating the unique value propositions of our media offerings. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients, industries, and market segments to generate new leads and opportunities for sales growth.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and value of our media offerings.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to secure sales contracts and achieve revenue targets.

Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:

Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and fostering long-term partnerships.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress against sales targets, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and event management, to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects.
Qualifications

Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of five years of experience in media sales, event sales, or a related industry. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed.
