Visit key account administrative and management personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer service issues in the field, negotiate rental contracts, and manage customer objections.
Develop a deep understanding of market conditions, including current customers, competitors, and potential opportunities, to build a strategy for achieving revenue goals.
Collaborate on sales and budget forecasts to meet targets.
Conduct effective cold calling and prospecting activities to grow the customer base.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer and market share.
Skills and Experience:
Proficient in understanding and communicating technical and product information.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new products and developments.
Expertise in specifying the best technical solutions for customers.
Strong understanding of territory management and sales planning.
Excellent sales techniques and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
Resilience in handling pressure and setbacks, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans, both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel and be on standby as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, technical field, or relevant rental experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience in technical solutions selling.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
Computer literate.
Professional in all interactions with clients.
Valid drivers license.
