We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative based in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in telecommunications, digital services, or technology. This person will be responsible for driving new business growth, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets in the South African market.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in telecommunications, technology, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the South African market and customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and events as needed.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
