A leading pharmaceutical company is recruiting for a dynamic Sales Representative whose portfolio will cover dispensing Doctors and Pharmacies. In this role, you will promote and sell pharmaceutical products within the successful candidates assigned region. Your efforts will be pivotal in expanding market share by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving revenue growth.Skills:

• Sales and Negotiation: Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, meet and exceed sales targets, and negotiate favorable terms with healthcare providers.
• Customer Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain strong business relationships with dispensing doctors, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
• Market Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering engaging presentations and effectively conveying product information.
• Organization and Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, participating in strategy meetings and coordinating with marketing and prescription teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using technology, including tablets and smartphones, for sales presentations and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales; experience with dispensing doctors and pharmacies is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Valid drivers license with the ability to travel extensively within the designated territory.

Location:Cape TownSalary:R40 000.00 - R65 000.00 per month (negotiable)
