o Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and establishing relationships within the Spaza store market.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure business growth.
o Understand customer needs and present tailored sales solutions to meet those requirements.
o Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
o Prepare and submit sales reports and performance analysis to the Sales Manager.
