Job Summary
Our client in the Packaging Industry is seeking a detail oriented Customer Service Representative with strong multi-tasking capabilities, critical thinking skills and a high sense of urgency. Age preference between 30 - 40 years younger candidates who have strong previous sales experience will be considered. A qualification in Marketing is a prerequisite to secure an interview.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engaging in new business development opportunities by cold calling, prospecting and generating new leads.
- Traveling to visit customer facilities to meet with various clients on the Garden Route
- Interacting with customers by phone, email and/or in person to receive orders cancellations, and changes for product or to clarify needs/requirements.
- Interfacing with other internal departments to facilitate order flow process.
- ABACA system knowledge
- 5 years experience in manufacturing
- Own reliable transport
- Computer literate
- Bilingual
