And find satisfaction in doing your part to make the world a better place.Become a maker of possible with us!About the roleThe Sales Representative, Western Cape will be responsible to grow the MMS business, specifically infusion products, in the assigned territory by identifying and developing new business opportunities and achieving MMS sales targets in alignment with business objectives.Main responsibilities will include:Achieve MMS sales targets as per the business plan by implementing and adapting strategies per customer needs.Maintain and grow current business by establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships.Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory.Actively manage all accounts and opportunities in SFDC (Salesforce).Schedule and perform Winroom reviews with the Sales Manager twice a month and capture insights on SFDC.Participate in congresses & exhibitions, including weekends and after-hours, as required.Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, hospital personnel, theatre staff, pharmacy managers, stock controllers, and procurement teams.Assist in exhibitions and meetings to promote MMS products by demonstrating clinical features and benefits.Conduct in-service training and product demonstrations to ensure the correct use of MMS products.Provide competitive market intelligence, including tenders, pricing data, and bundling arrangements, to establish appropriate pricing structures.Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques using BD internal resources and personnel.Manage forecasting of MMS capital and consumable stock for the territory to minimize stockouts and write-off risks.Submit planners and reports as requested by the National Sales Manager.Contribute to building a strong and collaborative sales team.About youTertiary qualification in Science, nursing or similar.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a MedTech or Pharmaceuticals sales role.Automated infusion solutions experience is mandatory.Clinical background is an advantage.Proven sales background with a strong track record in the hospital sector, Western Cape experience is a plus.Demonstrated selling skills.Click on apply if this sounds like you!Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
