Generate new sales and an expanded customer base while maintaining high service levels to our current customer base.General:
Maintain high service levels with current customer base
Generate new customers
Ensure constant turnover growth through sales
Meet set sales targets
Proper customer liaison
Promoting and representing the businessDaily Sales Activity KPIs:
Generate 10 new leads a day
Make 12 contacts of which 8 are new
Set 3 appointments from contacts
Have 3 appointments set for the next day
Complete 2 presentations/quotes
Make one new saleExpectations
Office meeting every morning
Complete daily planner daily at end of the day for next day (record activity for the day and plan for tomorrow)
Do one Academy session per day
Attend Success meeting at end of the day
Complete needs analysis for every presentation
Complete skills evaluation every month
Record all contacts and appointments in the sales diary with comments
File all needs analysis forms in in Jan to December file
Keep a record of all sales on monthly commission sheetApplicant requirements:
5 years experience in similar role
Proper product knowledge
Technical knowledge of production processes
Clear verbal and written communication
You will need to be a self-starter who can motivate yourself, be time efficient, productive and positive with a good sense of humor
Working well within a team

Have a sense of adventure and fun
Have big goals and dreams for growing the business
Clear understanding of our ideal customer for our different segments.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English. A third official language will be advantageous.
Well-rounded and presentable.
