We're looking for a dedicated and driven individual to help us achieve our booking goals and deliver exceptional service to our guests. As a Sales Reservationist, you'll play a key role in expanding our customer base while delivering top-tier service.

Job Location

: Hybrid
You will need to come to Sundown Country Estate (Boshoek, North West Province), but the job involves being on the road, making door-to-door sales and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

:

Drive bookings and sales for the hotel, consistently surpassing targets! Handle reservations with professionalism and efficiency. Provide guests with detailed information about our rooms, rates, and special packages. Upsell additional services to maximize revenue. Ensure smooth management of our reservation systems. Deliver outstanding customer service at every step of the process.

Qualifications and Experience

:

Matric (Grade 12) - essential. Fluent in English and at least one other language. Proven sales experience - you know how to close the deal! 3+ years of experience in hotel reservations or the hospitality sector. Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems. Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting targets.
