Title Sales Specialist: Cloud ServicesWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Specialist: Cloud Services to join our impactful team. This position is responsible for searching and exploring both the local and international markets for new products and trademarks to expand and strengthen the company's position in the market. Searches for joint ventures and co-marketing opportunities. Negotiates with relevant authorities and organisations to ensure the company's products and services are recommended. Investigates existing marketing and business practices and recommends opportunities for improvement within the company. Assists in achieving the region's sales development needs through investigations, viability studies and liaison with local authorities.Key Responsibilities:Ensure achievement of set sales targetsKey account managementImplementation and management of sales strategiesPerform incisive and insightful market and competitive researchMaintain high quality information in support of proactive management of sales and delivery targets (Pipeline, OE, Revenue and GP)Represent the company and increase revenue by selling the company products and solutions to all potential customersProvide accurate forecasting of business and market needsImplement sales strategy and ensure customer satisfactionProject manage the implementation and deployment of products, services and solutions to the customerPrepare proposals for the provision of products/servicesFollow up on new sales prospects and develop existing customers business needsMonitor and reporting on sales prospects, progress and performanceMonitor and reporting on customer satisfaction, market intelligence and competitor capabilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with all key individuals within assigned accountsInteract frequently with strategic customers to understand their environment and requirementsPerform Key Account Management duties on designated accountsResearch customer needs and assist with identifying how our solutions can meet themExperience / Educational requirements:Business Management Degree/Diploma highly preferredExperience in Solution Sales Technologies viz. Microsoft Azure, Huawei, AWS and GoogleEducation National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required)Languages English
