Experience in Southern Africa Inbound Tour Operating (2-5 years Southern Africa expertise required).
CRM & Operating systems experience.
Travel sales experience - direct to internal business client.
Supplier communications and booking experience.
Product Knowledge, Innovation, and Development.
Personal travel experience in Southern Africa.
Required Qualifications
Matric (Grade 12).
Tertiary education with preference given to those with a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism.
Functional Skills
Excellent communicator both written and verbal (listening, questioning, probing, etc.).
MS Office & business systems.
Aptitude to learn and translate into performance.
