Job Description
Global ICT concern is seeking a Sales Support candidate to support the Sales Manager to create retail & channel strategy that optimizes the consumer journey and experiences for their partners to drive their share, revenue, and category profit while building consumer preference for the company productsResponsibilities:
Sales Support and Follow upxe2x80x93 50%
- Assist sales manager to Own the Revenue (sales) and execute on PO and order follow up with distributor, reseller or retailer as required.
- Follow up and check on in store and online marketing execution.
- Influence partners (Distributor & Retailers) with category expertise in partnership with Category and Marketing teams.
- Follow up on rebate letter, promotion letters, ensure distributors get timely intimation of promotion and programs. Follow up with Operations as and when required.
- Promotion plans & ensure all programs are implemented as per strategy.
- Follow up with sales operations on order execution and timely delivery.
- Assess industry & market trends & understand the consumer.
- Extensive product knowledge of both Microsoft and competitors
- Share insights & contribute effectively to quarterly and annual planning cycles.
- Relevant qualification
- 5+ years relevant consumer experience in Sales / Category management ideally at other IT devices companies.
- Proven success at business building (business/channel development, entrepreneur)
- Retailer buyer experience and functional depth (marketing, channels, partner-focused)
