Job Summary Minimum Requirements Matric. Beneficial: Relevant Tertiary Qualification. Essential: Microsoft Office Suite. Vehicle and valid Driver License. 6 months experience within a similar position. Roles and Responsibilities Prepare and generate reports using Excel to monitor sales performance, customer trends, and inventory levels. Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales quotations to prospective clients promptly. Undertake basic administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Work closely with colleagues in the sales team to ensure accurate and efficient order processing. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face communication. Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system. Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. Support in the arrangement and participation of sales meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. Regularly update product knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends to offer valuable support to the sales team. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to improving overall sales support operations.
