DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleThe purpose of this position is to support the sales team to deliver quotes, answer queries from customer and assist with CRM (Customer Relation Manager) management. The individual will be dealing with both internal and external customers, to ensure that our partners receive quick, constant, and reliable service from Exclusive Networks.This role will report to Internal Sales Operations Manager: Africa. As the Sales Support Specialist, you will:

  • Responsible for all quotes for the assigned Customer set.
  • Understand the process behind quoting the products as well as the partner program.
  • Process orders and deal with all associated paperwork, while ensuring that all lifecycle of the quotes/orders are properly saved.
  • Creation of Renewals quotations a minimum of a quarter in advance of expiration.
  • Liaising with set Vendors to obtain accurate renewal reports.
  • Tracking and following up with Channel Partner of Renewals quotes sent but not yet ordered.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About youThe ideal Sales Support Specialist:
  • Grade 12
  • MS Suite (intermediate - essential)
  • 1 Year in a sales quoting/ admin role
  • CRM experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Business acumen & working accurately.
