Job SummaryOur client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Graduate to take on the role of Sales Team Lead. This is an onsite position based in Springs, South Africa, ideal for someone with a strong sales foundation and a passion for team leadership. A lift club is available from Pretoria.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a local sales team of six staff membersOversee daily sales operations and ensure performance targets are metDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goalsProvide regular coaching and support to the sales teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsCollaborate with marketing, operations, and other internal teamsKey SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesEffective team leadership and organizational capabilitiesStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsResults-oriented mindset with adaptability in dynamic environmentsMinimum of three years of proven experience in a sales role (open to various industries)Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plusWillingness to work onsite full-time in SpringsQualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing or a related fieldRecruitment MattersRecruiter
