Pro Debt Advisors ( PDA ) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing Debt Review Removal and Mediation team. If you're ready to make a real difference in people's lives while driving team performance, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide a team of debt review and mediation consultants to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Coach and Develop: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.
Monitor and Analyze: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Resolve Complex Issues: Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Foster a Positive Environment: Create a supportive and collaborative team environment that encourages growth and success.
Reporting: Produce accurate and timely reports on team performance.
Mediation Support: Support the team with mediation strategies and techniques.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment, preferably within the debt review or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of debt review processes and mediation techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in call center software and reporting tools.
A passion for helping people and making a positive impact.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
